This ERASMUS+-funded project was launched in collaboration with colleagues from the Maltese organization GMD and the Carinthian association INMOS, for which I have taken over project management.

Starting in May 2025 and running until February 2026, 10 women from Malta and 10 women from Austria will participate in training, coaching, and networking events focused on entrepreneurship – all conducted in English language. Most of the training will take place in Malta in mid-May. This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated women from Austria to turn their dream of professional independence or starting their own business into reality. The exchange with women from Malta, who are also pursuing business ideas, as well as with various experts and established entrepreneurs from both countries, will be particularly enriching.

Especially during life phases when new things are being created, it is crucial to consider the people you surround yourself with. As we know, the mindset of those with whom you spend most of your time has a significant impact on your own attitude and motivation.
